With over 30 years of hands-on experience as a civil engineer, Neil leads Sansom Construction Group with a deep commitment to quality, safety, and on-time delivery. Neil oversees every major project with precision and care, setting the benchmark for expert workmanship. Neil’s leadership is grounded in long-term client trust and operational excellence.
SECRETARY / ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Sue keeps Sansom Construction Group running smoothly behind the scenes. With a sharp eye for detail and deep knowledge of internal processes, she manages communications, invoicing, scheduling and compliance. As a key point of contact for clients and suppliers, Sue ensures that everything runs as smoothly off-site as the work on-site.
PROJECT MANAGER
Liam is a seasoned project manager with a strong foundation in construction, bringing practical knowledge and natural leadership to every project undertaken by Sansom Construction Group. He ensures that key relationships and construction programmes remain aligned, efficient and clearly communicated from start to finish. Liam also manages key accounts and client relationships, strengthening trusted partnerships across every project.
